How it works

1. Upload the PDF. FormsUI finds its signing parties ("Landlord", "Tenant 1", "Tenant 2") and its blanks.
2. Name a person for each party and fill in the terms — they are written into the PDF before it goes out.
3. Preview the exact document, send it, and get the executed copy back when everyone has signed.

Every signature on the right line

Each signer gets the signature block their role names on the document, not whichever one their turn in the list happens to reach. Invite everyone at once, or route it in order when one party has to sign before the next.

Signers sign the terms, not retype them

Whoever sends the document knows the client, the fee and the dates. Anything you fill in is written into the PDF before it is sent, so the signer reads it as part of the document and signs it as written.

Keep your standard documents on file

Is an electronic signature legally binding?
